As a distributor, we send invoices that must be paid to a specific Distribution Partner. In most cases, this partner prefers to be CC'd on all invoices sent from us via Invoiced.

Proposed Solution: Introduce a feature where Invoiced users can create a "Custom Object" to store internal Distribution Partner information, including their designated CC email and unique identifiers. Users can then create custom fields under the "Invoice" object, enabling them to associate records from the custom object. When certain criteria are met on an Invoice, the system would automatically CC the appropriate email based on the associated Distribution Partner. (Via Customer field under the Invoice Object)

Example: If Invoice #XYZ originates from Distribution Partner 3, then automatically CC Distribution Partner 3's designated email.

With the addition of Flywire payment processing it has been difficult for our accountant to reconcile the bank deposits with which customer it applies to in our accounting software because there isn't anywhere to view all of the payments in one place/report. I'm currently keeping a spreadsheet of which disbursements apply to which client(s) and updating it manually for each deposit we receive, but I don't see that as a great long-term solution for when all of our clients have transitioned to the payment options processed through Flywire.

Simplify Payment Processing by Selecting Multiple Sub-customers Under Parent Account Payment

We would like to suggest that Invoiced allow users to select multiple sub-customers under a parent account when processing a payment. This feature would enable users to consolidate payments for sub-customers into a single transaction, as long as the sub-customers are set up as subaccounts and the payment is processed through the parent account. Currently, users must process payments for each sub-customer individually, which can be time-consuming and inefficient, especially for businesses with many sub-customers. By enabling the selection of multiple sub-customers for one payment, this feature would streamline the payment process, saving users significant time and reducing administrative overhead. It would also create a more intuitive user interface, allowing businesses with multiple subaccounts (such as subsidiaries, departments, or divisions) to manage payments more effectively. In addition to time savings, consolidating payments would reduce errors.

We appreciate your time on this!

The payout report for Flywire payments contains relatively little information that allows you to determine the payments included in the payout settlement. The report doesn't include the customer name, the invoice, the original charge amount, or the fee associated with the transaction. It would be really helpful if these settlement reports contained this information so it is easier for me to make deposits for these settlement batches in my accounting software and track my charges for credit card fees.

I have been manually adding the original charge amount and the fee amount to the report and saving it to attach to my deposits so there is a record of the difference in charges to the deposit amount. Including this and additional information, such as the customer name, on these settlement reports would be highly beneficial for many accounting purposes.

Streamlining B2B billing workflows is crucial, and CSV is the preferred format for data import and reconciliation within many customers' accounting systems (like NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.). Currently, the platform lacks the capability to automatically email CSV billing summaries via automation triggers or dunning cadences. This gap forces inefficient manual workarounds – exporting files, composing emails, and attaching documents – which are time-consuming and introduce significant risk of human error. Implementing automated CSV emailing would directly address this bottleneck, boosting operational efficiency, reducing costly errors, and providing a smoother, faster payment experience for customers handling multiple invoices. This isn't just a 'nice-to-have'; it's aligning the platform with standard B2B transaction practices.

Do we have to click on each payment to see if it includes more than one invoice - that would not be acceptable. How would we even know to click on a link when it just lists an Invoice number -

In our case, credit notes are kept open for clients on autopay, as invoices are paid once they are generated.
I can edit how a check is applied, but when it comes to Flywire payments, I have to void the payment and reapply it where it needs to go.

For example, one customer paid directly on a $799 invoice twice, and instead of the system applying the extra payment as a credit to their account, it changed the balance of that specific invoice to -$799. In order to correct this issue, I then had to void the extra payment and reapply it to the account as an overpayment to ensure their credit is recorded on the account. In addition to those extra steps, since the payment had already been deposited in our account, voiding the original payment then created a Code: 6540 Sync Error.

It would be much simpler to allow editing of all payments to be able to apply the payment to a different invoice or designate it as an autopayment.

Our experience with this company’s customer service has been nothing short of infuriating. We attempted to upgrade our account, but the process was a complete nightmare. Despite multiple efforts to reach out, we received no communication from a sales representative whatsoever, Jana. Every time I do hear back 7+ days later it’s an excuse.

The phone numbers listed on the company’s website for assistance go straight to voicemail, with no callback or follow-up. To make matters worse, our assigned Implementation Manager failed to reach out until two and a half months into the contract and that was only to set up the very first call.

This level of service is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of organization and customer care. It’s rare to encounter such piss-poor service from a company that advertises customer support so prominently. We like the software but we are extremely disappointed and would caution others to reconsider before signing on with this team.

For the customer portal, we would prefer invoices to be displayed with the oldest invoices at the top and the newest at the bottom. This format aligns with standard accounting practices and would make it easier for our customers to review their statements and prioritize payments.

Currently, when a customer opens an Invoice or Statement and clicks the “Pay Now” tab, the system shows invoices with the newest on top. However, it does not allow sorting or changing the order based on due dates. Since the oldest invoices are typically the ones that need to be paid first (especially if they are past due), it would be more intuitive and practical for them to appear at the top by default.
