  This need not be automatic. We integrate w/ Xero and currently can select "send statements" from a list of our customers we can select individual, multiple, or all, then send. It's not a problem to manually send all statements out once per month

  Currently sending out statements from QBO each month to all customers. Honestly, I don't like the formatting of the messages. Would like to move those to Invoiced, but apparently you can only send them out one at a time. There needs to be a way to either set them to go out automatically OR to be able to send them in batches by selecting which customers receive them.
