Credits Not Included in AR Balance

Currently the AR Aging report is inaccurate/incomplete because it does not include the balance of credits/credit notes. The AR Aging report should be a complete view of receivables, INCLUDING credits that reduce overall AR. This is accounting 101. Please fix soon, it makes the AR Aging report unusable.

Just an addendum to this - it would be great if a customer's total balance (including credits) was also visible on the customer screen.

This was the first flaw I saw with invoiced.com. 100% agree. Accounting 101. How can I possibly reconcile my GL with Invoiced.com?

Open credit notes are now included in A/R balances. We hope this makes it easier to reconcile Invoiced with your G/L. Thank you for the feedback!
