Change Default Email Templates
Right now there is pre-programmed behavior for which email template is selected. For example, if an invoice is past due, the past due template will automatically populate in the Send Invoice screen. It would be nice to be able to change which template shows up by default in which scenario, new, late, whenever, etc.

RachelIn general, all email triggers that have a template assigned should have the option to select WHICH template is used for that trigger - i.e. the trigger to send an email when an invoice is paid in full - the default is "Thank you". I like the "Thank you" template, and would like to use it for other things, but I'd like to change which template is applied for this specific trigger.
