Enable options on forms (like sign up pages) to have defaults selected.

On the sign up pages there are many different options available. Most of these are set to the same option every time, if they could be set as defaults, that would save time and decrease possible user error, when setting up these pages. This would be helpful for any options are able to be selected by the user.
