Set Chasing Cadence steps for a specific date rather than account age
I have customers that are doing a payment plan across multiple invoices. I have set up custom chasing cadences for them based on what their account age will be when their payments are due. If the customers pays off one of the invoices, though, the cadence that I set up will not run on the right day anymore because the account age will change. If I could just set cadence steps to run on a specific date, rather than account age, this issue would be solved.

Jared King AdminYou can do something close to this by setting the "Run Frequency" on your cadence to "Day of Month" (or Day of Week) and selecting the day of each month that you'd like your cadence to execute. This will send notifications to customers that meet the aging criteria only once per month on the day you have chosen.
