Quickbooks Online Sync: Allow line items to tie to more than one account
Presently, the entire invoice amount ties to a single QBO account.
Our invoices have credits (tied to a QBO clearing account) and fees (tied to a QBO revenue account). Fees and credits must be separate accounts for reconciliation purposes. I have to create these combo invoices in QBO and let them sync to Invoiced to take advantage of Invoiced's system.
However, when the credit amount exceeds the fee amount, I have to enter them as Credit Memos in QBO, and Credit Memos do not sync to Invoiced.com. So my customers are unable to get a full view of their account in the Invoiced customer portal. Nor am I able to include attachments.
Identifying the QBO account on a line-item basis would enable me to run all my invoices and net Credit Memos through Invoiced.

Jared King AdminThank you for your feedback. The great news is that we already support this! We have recently updated our QuickBooks Online documentation to make it more clear how to have per-item income account mapping: https://www.invoiced.com/resources/docs/accounting/quickbooks-online#income-account-mapping
