Make Billing Contacts Searchable

Make billing contacts searchable. There are times when we need to find a customer by a billing contact name or email address. Apparently those fields are not used by the search function ... but whatever is typed in the notes section on the account are. Seems like a simple thing to make the contacts searchable as well. Thanks
