Chasing Improved

Chasing should be easy and customizable.

1. Repeater - you currently have an option that allows sending a reminder everyday until invoice is paid (it's under Settings->Emails->Triggers). There is no control over it and it becomes useless as no one needs such aggressive chasing.
The repeater should be the easiest to create and implement. There should be a box for every invoice in the account where if it is checked Invoiced will send the selected email template to the billing contacts associated with the account at an interval of our choosing (every 1 day or every 2 days or every week).

2. Smart Chasing becoming SMART - I have an escalation process that has 3 steps. Currently if I setup the 3 steps your system goes to step #1 and if the condition is met it goes to the second step and then the last step and sends out the final email. I have that happen in 3 different accounts. Make the system work each step on its own and follow through with the next step on the next run.
