Need notifications for messages received in inbox
There is a feature and default setting where customer responses to email reminders go to an inbox. But there doesn't appear to be any way to know that there are messages in the inbox without going there to check it ... and that assumes you know to check. There is no flag, star, count icon, etc. in the app for unread messages. And there does not appear to be a way to set up notifications about new messages.
If messages in the inbox is the default / recommended setting, then there has to be a way to know to look at it.

Jeremy Treister Mergedif billing contact simply replies to Invoiced email, it creates an Inbox message. Nobody on team is notified of this.

Charles C. Cage MergedWe really need the option to receive email notifications of replies to email invoices. Most customers simply reply to their email; they do not bother to go to the invoice and use the "Have questions?" link. As a result, we can receive email notifications of most any activity on an invoice, but the one thing we can't receive an email of is . . . an email. Why not just have the system send email responses automatically to our email from which it was sent? Or at the very least have the option to have them sent?
