Provide detailed outage and bug reports
When Invoiced has major bugs or outages I find myself having to email in to get details as to what's going on and often get little detail. I found this by accident and it's not kept up to date: https://www.invoicedstatus.com/
Please provide a mechanism for your customers to get notices on major bugs and outages with enough detail.
As someone who has been working in infrastructure for a while I can assure sure I am more likely to stick with a platform that has issues and communicates them in order for our business to take the front foot and respond versus one that has issues and tries to hide them.
