Provide Admin access to Set Global Notifications to either on or off

We need the ability to set the Notifications to either ON or OFF and not allow the users to modify the notifications. To ask the hundreds of users to set the notifications manually is problematic for our user base. We feel there should be a Global Setting functionality for Admins.

This is now available! We have designed a new notification system from the ground up. If you want to adopt it simply go to your notification settings and click on the Company Settings tab to migrate to the new notification system. There you can set the company-wide notification settings. If you do not want a particular user to be able to modify their notification settings then you can remove the "Manage Notifications" permission from their role.
