Allow customer to create multiple logins.

After reaching out to your customer service team, they asked that I submit a suggestion presented my one of our customers. They would like to be able to assign access to their key employees to be able to view invoices. For example, some of our customers have interns that audit invoices and the attached detail report for inconsistencies, but they don't want that individual to be able to pay the invoices.
