Pause chasing an invoice until the promise-to-pay

We talk to customers and get a promise to pay and add it on Invoiced.com. If they have already promised they will pay an invoice, there is no point in chasing them until that date and it will only frustrate them that their promise has no value. When an invoice has a promise-to-pay, there should be no chasing on that until the date of the promise-to-pay has passed.

The system would automatically the chasing cadence sequence when a promise to pay is added to an invoice for that customer. If there is a broken promise to pay then the system would automatically resume the chasing sequence.
