Indicator of Bounced Emails

It would be useful if the system could mark the customer profile as needing attention if an email sent to the customer bounces. This way we'd know to contact the customer to get an updated email address

This is now available! When an email bounces the associated email thread will have its status changed to open and a new message will be added with the reason that the email bounced.
