Include customer IDs in csv exports

Many users who are not familiar with using an API require a list of customer IDs to set up our Salesforce integration. Missing or incorrect customer IDs has been the most common source of syncing issues in this integration. If the IDs were more accessible, it would be easier for users to troubleshoot on their own and use the salesforce importer to update their accounts.
