Add full signature for estimate approval

Currently, estimate approval requires only the initials. On the approval history, we only see the initials of the person who approved the estimate. We get constant push back from the accounting teams of our client because they want to see a signature of an authorized decision maker on the approval. It would be very important to add a full name and signature for estimate approval (similar to Docusign).
