Inbox Management Features
It would be helpful to have the following capabilities in the Invoiced Inbox - notifications for emails received from customers, the ability to auto-assign open email threads to the customer owner, the ability to create a task for the customer owner when emails are received from customers, and a way to filter the inbox messages by who they're assigned to

Les Paul LopezAdditional request - it would be helpful if there was an indication on the customer profile and on the invoice when there's an open email conversation that needs a response.
