Support ACH payments for accounts based in Puerto Rico

Ability to utilize ACH for an account based in Puerto Rico. Plaid offers instant verification for banks in PR currently.

It looks like Stripe now supports ACH in Puerto Rico. I'm not sure if that's always been the case. "Businesses based in the US Virgin Islands or any other US territory or possession—with the exception of Puerto Rico—are not supported." "A business must be located in the 50 states, Washington, D.C., or Puerto Rico to sign up with Stripe as a US business."
