Add new notification rules to Slack integration.

We use Invoiced as a payment tracking tool. I would like the slack integration to throw when the customer has finished paying all their invoices. (Example, if there are 24, once the 24 invoices have been paid in full, it returns "X customer has finished paying all their invoices" If theres an option to customise the message would be great.
