Customer portal enhancements

- The ability to sign out a customer out of the portal through the customer profile in the dashboard
- The ability to control in the dashboard when an invoice link or customer portal sign in link will expire
- The ability to expire and reset invoice URL links in the dashboard
- Security code that can be regenerated in the customer profile in the dashboard, when the customer views the invoice or portal they would get prompted for that security code.
