Allow setting of Intacct item ID, project ID on convenience fee invoices sent to Intacct

Currently there is no way to set an Item ID, project ID, or any dimension other than location & department when syncing convenience fees from Invoiced to Intacct. This is a common requirement for companies using Intacct.
