Account Credits/negative balances pushing to QuickBooks

When an account has a negative balance (credit) that balance does not push to QB. A credit note does but it does not push over as a payment that goes into a bank account so we can reconcile that amount deposited into our account so we have to enter the payment in QB manually, making the credit note a duplicate credit and it has to be deleted anyway, the credit note is not helpful.
