Autopay for subscription but not for separate invoices for customers with both.
My understanding is that I cannot have a customer on autopay for subscriptions without having that autopay status apply to their separate and non-recurring invoices. Would be super helpful if that were possible, vs having to setup 2 separate accounts for each customer to accommodate these 2 payment functions

If a customer profile is on autopay, you can still disable autopay on individual invoices when you create them. Simply click "Turn off AutoPay" when creating the invoice, or click "Actions" > "Disable AutoPay" to disable it on an existing invoice.
