Enhanced Payment Terms Object

Instead of using a single field on the invoice, it would be useful to have a separate payment terms list in account settings (similar to items, late fees schedules) with predetermined due dates & early payment discounts. The discounts should support precision up to 5 digits (ex: 1.12345% 10 NET 30)
