Add ability to display currency symbol and code in invoices

Clients that use AUD$ and USD$ are getting confused on the invoice currency. Right now there's the option to use either the currency symbol ($) or the currency code (USD), but we would like the ability to display both (ex: AUD $, USD $, EUR €) as an option.
