Customer currency setting

In multi-currency mode the currency on a customer is inferred based on recent transaction history. A customer currency setting would allow more explicitly specifying the currency used for a customer account.

It would be great if there was more use for this like switch to restrict customers to currency based plans:

Our staff are not having a good experience having to select between 100s of different plans because of currency variations.
