Make "Bill to" and "Ship to" on an Invoice a selectable dropdown from the list of customer contacts

We have a number of customers where there is a need to send Invoices for certain products to different departments / divisions within the same company. Ideally there would be a default Bill-To and Ship-To, but the user could easily change the address of either by choosing from a dropdown.

The Ship To field now has the ability to select an address from the customer's list of contacts. You can also continue to enter in any address that is not a contact. Thank you for the feedback!
