Sending letters to customer contacts

Instead of sending a letter to the billing address, there should be the option to send to one of the customer's sub-contacts that have mailing addresses.

This is crucial for medical billing since we cannot send invoices to minors, we have to use adult as the billing contact especially for snail-mail

You can now send letters to any mailing address at the time of sending. The customer's list of contacts is also available to allow you to quickly select a mailing address.
