Make line item detail in invoice url optional

This would be necessary for customers that are subject to special pricing or bundles. Hiding the line item detail and just showing the balance due would work and letting the detail live on the PDF would be really useful and make entry more malleable

This could be accomplished by adding some CSS to the customer portal to hide the line items detail list. It would be something like:

.type-invoice .line-items { display: none; }
