Add additional customer restriction fields definitions to user restriction

Having the ability to limit user access in the Customer Restrictions setup by state/province and country would be helpful for account manager type of setup. More account managers, territory managers, regional managers, etc have specific areas they manage usually by city/state/province/country. Adding these are a restriction option would be very helpful.
