Tiered pricing and other options for price on catalog items

Our pricing includes predetermined discounts based on quantity. For example, the 2nd - 4th units cost 5% less than the first, and the 5th+ unit(s) cost 10% less than the 4th. Currently the only way to manage this is through manual price entry during the creation of an Estimate / Invoice or a complex set of coupons.
Please add more pricing options. Thanks!
