Debt Memo Functionality

Invoiced currently has no feature for a debt memo. This is causing reporting issues on our end for inability to properly record payment deductions in invoiced when payment was already applied to one. The current way of handling this is operationally intensify and hacky, a debt memo that would apply a negative amount to an invoice would solve for this handling issue.
