Trigger Time Updates (AutoPay & Invoice / Estimate Reminders) - During Business Hours Not at 1am

We need better control over when autopay payments are drafted. Many times payments fail because they are drawn between midnight and 1 am, as this is before clients have funds in their accounts. We often get complaints of reminders being sent at similar times. Please adjust to more reasonable time frames, so we can have happier clients and reduce manual tasks.
