Ability to organize estimates/invoices under Section Headers with Subtotals

Quotient has this functionality and it allows for much more readable invoices with clear splits between services vs products purchased or between different types of service/product. You simply click "Add Section Header" or "Add Subtotal" and these objects can be moved up and down throughout the estimate/invoice just like your "Item" fields. Unlike the "Item/Product" fields, these don't need to store to a DB or saved as a permanent object in order to use.
