Allow multiple choices to be selected at once when adding taxes to new items

We add material tax, labor tax, and profit and overhead from the tax options to the new items in our list. We always choose at least two options. It would be nice to be able to pick both options at once, like we do with adding items to the invoice, instead of adding each individually.
