Filterable Zero Rated Tax

Is there anyway you could add filter: TAX = YES / NO
Currently there's no way to export zero rated tax invoices, these are required for our accounting (EC Sales List) & takes ages to filter them out which is completely unnecessary
The Csv lines the tax as a new line also so its hard to do this way
