Automatic sync of accounts paid from QBD to Invoiced for multiple accounts

Invoiced is not syncing invoices that were paid when a single payment comes in and it is allocated to several invoices in Quickbooks Desktop. One manual solution to this is to delete the payment for the invoices in Invoiced and then manually sync QBD, which will then properly update the invoices in Invoiced. Can this be automatic?
