"As Of" Dates for Dashboard

On the dashboard, it would be incredibly helpful to be able to run the report as of a certain date (ie. when reporting month end statistics, to be able to filter the report as of the month end date and see what the stats were on that date).

Aging as of a certain date is essential to reporting. Our internal accounting system has that option and it will be best to have a similar aging from invoiced for reconciliation purposes.
