Add convenience fee for PayPal payment method

It would be great to have this option for PayPal (just like we have for Credit cards) as Paypal always charges us a specific fee. Thanks!

This would be a great feature since PayPal charges a fee just like a credit card processor does.

With Paypal continuing the raise its fee, please consider this feature!
