Allow customer to pay autopay invoices from the customer portal
Currently, the customer can not pay an invoice if it is on autopay. Only the Invoiced user can pay it for them. It would be more convenient to allow customers to pay early if they want to.

Parag Patel MergedCustomers should have the ability to initiate a payment and not wait for autopay to run.
